When the light fitting doesn't exist, we make it.
Sometimes no catalogue has the right shape, the right size, the right light. So I draw it, and we make it, in the material and finish the place calls for.

The fitting, and the light it gives.
Outdoors
- The height and length of the stem, to rise above a box hedge or sink into soft soil
- Where the cable comes out, and its length
- A head that peeks discreetly out of a hornbeam hedge
- The anti-glare snoot
Indoors
- A size and a shape that answer the room and its proportions
- A fitting designed for a painting, a niche, a bookcase
- A finish attuned to the materials of the place
- A one-off piece, or a series for a hotel or a restaurant

For a hotel group, we created a bedside reading light and the shelf lighting, designed for its rooms.
More than 300 pieces delivered.

The material follows the project.
For hotel rooms, painted aluminium; elsewhere, another material. I choose the one that will stand the test of time and suit the place. And every piece is designed to be opened and repaired: you change a component, you keep the fitting.
From the first sketch to the first evening
A conversation
You tell me about the place, what is missing, what you would like to see in the evening.
The drawing
I draw the fitting: its shape, its size, its light, how it is mounted.
The prototype
If needed, a first piece, tried on site, by day and then at night.
Making
The one-off piece or the series, in the chosen material.
Installation and fine-tuning
I oversee the installation, then fine-tune each fitting until the first evening.
